Reference for recorded executions

This document provides information about the Recorded Executions report screen, which displays information about sessions recorded on monitored devices.

Access Path

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select EPM.
  2. In the side menu, select Reports > Recorded Executions.

Actions Menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search Fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the sessions by record ID.
Session ID Text field Filters the sessions by the unique session identifier.
Credential Text field Filters the sessions by the credential used.
Device Text field Filters the sessions by the device.
User Text field Filters the sessions by the user name.
Origin IP Text field Filters the sessions by the device origin IP address.
Protocol Text field Filters the sessions by the protocol used.
Proxy Dropdown menu Filters the sessions by the type of proxy. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Session start Date picker Filters the sessions by the start of the execution.
Reason Dropdown menu Filters the sessions by the request reason. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Justification Text field Filters the sessions by the justification entered.
Governance ID Text field Filters the records by the associated governance policy ID.
Prevent purge Dropdown menu Filters the sessions by purge prevention status. Options are Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • User.
  • Origin IP.
  • Credential.
  • Device.
  • Protocol.
  • Proxy.
  • Session ID: displays the session identifier.
  • Start: displays the session start time.
  • End: displays the session end time.
  • Time: displays the total duration of the session.
  • Prevent purge.
  • Request: displays the session request.
  • Actions:
    • Prevent purge: opens the Prevent session purge screen.
    • Configure auditors: opens the Session auditors settings screen.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.

Prevent session purge screen

This screen provides information about the form used to register the justification for preventing the purge of a recorded session.

Item Type Required Description
Description / Reason* Text field Yes Defines the justification for preventing session purge.

Session auditors settings screen

This screen provides information about configuring the users responsible for auditing a recorded session.

Item Type Required Description
Add Button No Adds a new entry to the Auditors table.
Auditors table Table No Table of users configured as session auditors.
