This document provides information about the Recorded Executions report screen, which lists the executions that EPM Windows recorded. You can filter the recordings and watch the video of each one. More information in Session recording in EPM Windows.
A recorded video takes about 15 minutes to upload. After the upload, you can watch or download it from this report.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select EPM.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Recorded Executions.
You can also open this screen from PAM Core > Audit > Sessions > Remote sessions. In the Proxy field, select EPM to list only EPM recordings.

Search fields
The ID, Session ID, Credential, Proxy, and Session start fields appear by default. Click More to display the other fields.

| Credential | Text field | Filters the sessions by the credential used. |
| Proxy | Dropdown menu | Filters the sessions by the type of proxy. Select EPM to list EPM recordings. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Session start | Date picker | Filters the sessions by the start date range of the execution. |

| Origin IP | Text field | Filters the sessions by the device origin IP address. |

Report fields

| ID | Displays the record ID. |
| User | Displays the user who ran the execution. |
| Origin IP | Displays the origin IP address of the device. |
| Credential | Displays the credential used. |
| Selection mode | Displays the credential selection mode. Example: Explicit. |
| Device | Displays the device where the execution ran. |
| Protocol | Displays the protocol of the execution. |
| Proxy | Displays the type of proxy. |
| Session ID | Displays the session identifier. |
| Start | Displays the session start time. You can sort the report by this column. |
| End | Displays the session end time. |
| Time | Displays the total duration of the session. |
| Prevent purge | Displays whether the recording is protected from purge: Yes or No. |
| Request | Displays the session request. |
| Actions | Displays the Video of session button (play icon), the Session Logs button, and a dropdown menu. Video of session opens the video of the recorded execution. Session Logs opens the logs of the session. In the dropdown menu, Prevent purge opens the Prevent session purge screen, and Configure auditors opens the Session auditors settings screen. |
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.
Prevent session purge screen
This screen provides information about the form used to register the justification for preventing the purge of a recorded session.
