Reference for users

This document provides information about the Users report screen, which displays information about the registered users in the EPM module.

Access Path

  1. In Segura, hover over the Product Menu in the navigation bar and select EPM.
  2. In the sidebar menu, select Management > Installation > Users.

Actions Menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays options related to user management.

Search Fields

Item Type Description
Code Text field Filters users by their identification code.
Name Text field Filters users by name.
Username Text field Filters users by their login name.
Domain Text field Filters users by the domain to which they belong.
Department Text field Filters users by the associated department.
Last session Date picker Filters users by the date of their last session.
Last activity Date picker Filters users by the date of their last recorded activity.
Expiration date Date picker Filters users by the expiration date of their accounts.
Registration date Date picker Filters users by the date they were registered in the system.
Inactive since Date picker Filters users by the date of deactivation.
Status Dropdown menu Filters users by their activation state. The default option is Active.

Report Fields

  • Code: user's numeric identifier.
  • Name: user's full name.
  • Username: user's login name in the system.
  • Domain: domain to which the user belongs.
  • Department: department associated with the user.
  • Last session: date and time of the user's last session.
  • Last activity: date and time of the user's last recorded activity.
  • Expiration date: date when the user's account expires.
  • Registration date: date and time when the user was registered in the system.
  • Inactive since: date when the user was deactivated, if applicable.
  • Inactivation user: user responsible for the deactivation, if applicable.
  • Status: indicates whether the user is active or inactive.
  • Actions:
    • Details: redirects to the User Details screen.
    • Deactivate: deactivates the user.
    • Create vault user: redirects to the Add user screen.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.

User Details

This section provides information about the User Details screen, which displays detailed information about a specific user and their associated devices.

User Tab

This tab provides detailed information about the user.

Item Type Description
Name Text field Displays the user's name.
Department Text field Displays the department to which the user belongs.
Domain Text field Displays the domain to which the user is associated.
Username Text field Displays the user's login name.
Identifier Text field Displays the user's unique identifier in the system.
Expiration date Text field Displays the date when the user's account expires, if applicable.
Last session Text field Displays the date and time of the user's last session.
Last activity Text field Displays the date and time of the user's last recorded activity.
Registration date Text field Displays the date and time when the user was registered in the system.
Enabled Toggle button Displays whether the user is active or not.

Devices Tab

This tab displays the list of devices that are associated with the user.

Item Type Description
Code Text field Displays the identification code of the device.
Hostname Text field Displays the host name of the device.
Domain Text field Displays the domain to which the device belongs.
IP Text field Displays the IP address of the device.
Operating system Text field Displays the operating system installed on the device.
Last session Text field Displays the date and time of the user's last session on this device.
Last policies synchronization Text field Displays the date and time of the last policy synchronization.
Enabled Toggle button Displays whether the device is active or not.
