This document provides information about the Executions report screen, which lists the entire history of automation executions.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Executions.
- In the side menu, select Operations automation > Executions.

Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters by the identification number of the automation execution. |
Automation | Text field | Filters by automation registration name. |
Error | Dropdown menu | Filters by execution result, the options are Yes and No. |
Processed | Dropdown menu | Filters by the option whether or not the execution was processed, options are Yes and No. |
Requester | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who made the execution automation request. |
Request date | Date picker | Filters by period that the execution was requested. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Automation.
- Operations: quantity of operations carried out.
- Result: results of operations.
- Processed.
- Error.
- Requester.
- Request date.
- Action:
- View operations: opens the Operations screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
