This document provides information about the Operations report screen, which lists all the operations that were performed.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Executions.
- In the side menu, select Operations automatios > Operations.
Actions menu
Item | Type | Description |

Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters the operations by their identification code within Segura. |
Execution | Text field | Filters the operations by execution identification number. |
Credential | Text field | Filters by the username of the credential used in the operation. |
Pool | Text field | Filters by the name of the pool used. |
Automation | Text field | Filters by the name of the automation used. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters by operation status. The options are Scheduled, Waiting approval, Canceled, Successfully completed, In execution, Error, and Expired. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Execution.
- Automation.
- Credential.
- Device: device related to the credential.
- Pool.
- Operation: the operation that was executed.
- Status.
- Result: text with the result of the operation that was executed.
- Created in: date and time that the operation was created.
- Executed on: date and time that the operation was executed.
- Action:
- View details: opens the Operations details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
