How to approve or reject a template registration

This document provides information on the step-by-step process to approve or reject an execution template.

Requirements

  • Have an approver for the Executions module registered.
  • Have the execution template approval flow enabled.

Approve a template

  1. In Segura, on the navigation bar, hover over the Product menu and select Executions.
  2. On the side menu, select Template control > My Approvals.
  3. In the chosen record, in the Actions column, click the Actions button and select Approve.
  4. A pop-up will be displayed confirming the approval.

Reject a template

  1. In Segura, on the navigation bar, hover over the Product menu and select Executions.
  2. On the side menu, select Template control > My Approvals.
  3. In the chosen record, in the Actions column, click the Actions button and select Reject.
  4. A pop-up will be displayed confirming the rejection.

After this action, the template will or will not be active for use.
