This document provides information about the Performed Backups report, which presents information about the backups performed in Segura.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select Backup > Export history.
Actions Menu

You must have the master key parts to perform the data export.
Search Fields

To view all search fields, click More.
| Item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Date picker | Filters the registers by the period in which they were exported. |
| Type | Dropdown menu | Filters by the type of export performed. The options are: Full, Protected Information or Device Passwords. |
| Reason | Dropdown menu | Filters according to the mode that was performed. The options are Manual and Scheduling. |
Report Fields
- ID: data export code.
- Type
- Reason
- Start: date and time of export start. It will be displayed in the format
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM. - End: date and time of export end. It will be displayed in the format
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM. - Requested by.
- Actions:
- Download: download the export file will be in
.tar.gzformat.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
