This document provides information about the Logs report, which presents information about the logs of the backup servers within Segura.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select Backup > Logs.

Search Fields

To view all search fields, click More.
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Entity ID | Text field | Filters by the entity identification code in Segura. |
Entity | Text field | Filters by the name of the entity in Segura. |
Type | Dropdown menu | Filters by the type of backup (referring to the module) made. |
Error | Dropdown menu | Filters the registers by their activation state. The options are Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Date/Time | Date picker | Filters by the indicated period of time. |

- Entity ID.
- Entity.
- Type.
- Details: displays a text message with the backup details.
- Error.
- Date/Time.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
