How to manage environments

To register a new environment in Segura DSM, follow the instructions below:

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Customization > Segmentation > Environment.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. In the Add environment form:
    1. Name: enter a name for the environment.
    2. Status: indicate whether you want to create the environment active or not. By default, the option is set to Yes.
  5. Click Save.

Edit an environment

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Customization > Segmentation > Environment.
  3. The Environment report will display a list of all the environments registered with Segura. Choose the one you want to change, click the Actions button and select the Edit option.
  4. On the Edit environment form, change the information you want and click Save.

In the Edit environment window, in the upper-right corner, you can see the user who created the environment and the user who last changed the environment. To do this, hover over the eye icon.

Disable an environment

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Customization > Segmentation > Environment.
  3. The Environment report will display a list of all the environments registered with Segura. Choose the one you want to change, click the Actions button and select the Disable option.
  4. In the confirmation modal, select Yes.
