Register a new system
To register a new system in Segura DSM, follow the instructions below:
- On Segura, in the top left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select System parameters > Segmentation > Systems.
- In the toolbar at the top of the window, click Show actions, represented by the three vertical dots, and select New from the drop-down menu.
- In the New system window, fill in the following information:
- Name: enter a name for the system.
- Enabled: indicate whether you want to make the system active or not. By default, the option is set to Yes.
- Click Save.
Edit a system
To edit a system previously registered in Segura DSM, follow the instructions below:
- On Segura, in the top left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select System parameters > Segmentation > Systems.
- The Systems report will display a list of all the systems registered with Segura. Choose the one you want to change and, in the Action column, click Edit, identified by the pencil and paper icon.
- You'll be directed to the New system window in edit mode. Change the information you want and click Save.

In the New system window, in the bottom left corner, you can see the user who created the system and the user who last changed the system. To do this, hover over the eye icon.
Disable a system
- On Segura, in the top left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select System parameters > Segmentation > Systems.
- The Systems report will display a list of all the systems registered with Segura. Choose the one you want to change and, in the Action column, click on the icon represented by the three vertical dots and, in the drop-down menu, select Disable, identified by the trash can icon.
- In the Confirmation modal, select Yes.
