How to register an approver user

In order for the requests made by the reviewer to be approved, an approved user must be registered.

Requirements

  • Role of system administrator.

Register approver for user

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Access control > Manage approvers.
  3. In the Approvers report, click the Add button.
  4. In the Approvers form, complete the fields:
    1. Module: to register an approver to review requests coming from user reviews, the chosen module must be User management.
    2. Click Add to open the Users modal.
    3. Select the users you want to register as approvers and click Add.
  5. Click Save.

Register approver for access policy

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Access control > Manage approvers.
  3. In the Approvers report, click the Add button.
  4. In the Approvers form, complete the fields:
    1. Module: to register an approver to review requests coming from access policy reviews, the chosen module must be PAM Core.
    2. Click Add to open the Users modal.
    3. Select the users you want to register as approvers and click Add.
  5. Click Save.
