In Segura®, it's possible to integrate the Zenvia SMS service for sending notifications. This document will guide you through the process of configuring and using the Zenvia SMS service with Segura®, enabling automated sending of notifications and alerts. This feature is especially valuable for effective real-time information security management.
Requirements

An active account on the Zenvia platform.
Configuring system parameters
- On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
- On the side menu, select System parameters > Global > Notifications.
- On the SMS Configuration section, fill in the fields:
- SMS Broker: select Zenvia SMS from the dropdown menu.
- Sender: fill in the name of the sender that will appear in the notifications. For example:

. - User: fill in with the Zenvia platform user.
- Password: fill in with the Zenvia platform password.
- Click Save.
