How to integrate an SMS service

In Segura®, it's possible to integrate the Zenvia SMS service for sending notifications. This document will guide you through the process of configuring and using the Zenvia SMS service with Segura®, enabling automated sending of notifications and alerts. This feature is especially valuable for effective real-time information security management.

Requirements

  • An active account on the Zenvia platform.

    Configuring system parameters

  1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. On the side menu, select System parameters > Global > Notifications.
  3. On the SMS Configuration section, fill in the fields:
    1. SMS Broker: select Zenvia SMS from the dropdown menu.
    2. Sender: fill in the name of the sender that will appear in the notifications. For example: Segura.
    3. User: fill in with the Zenvia platform user.
    4. Password: fill in with the Zenvia platform password.
  4. Click Save.
