This document provides information about the Clients report screen, which displays information about the clients installed on devices managed by the system.

Access Path

  1. In Segura, on the navigation bar, hover over Product Menu and select EPM.
  2. In the sidebar, select Management > Installation > Clients.

Actions Menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays options related to client management.

Search Fields

Item Type Description
Hostname Text field Filters clients by the device's host name.
Operating System Text field Filters clients by the installed operating system.
Status Dropdown menu Filters clients by their activation status. The default option is All.
Last Session Date picker Filters clients by the date of the last session.

Report Fields

  • Client Type: indicates the type of device where the client is installed. Shows the device hostname as a subtitle.
  • Version: indicates the version of the client software installed on the device.
  • Operating system: displays the operating system of the device where the client is installed.
  • Last access: date and time of the client's last access to the system.
  • Status: indicates whether the client is active or inactive.

By default, the report displays 30 records per page. To go to the next page, click on the forward button at the end of the report.
