This document provides information about the Bulk operations report screen, which displays all requests for batch operations.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Events > Bulk operations.
Actions menu

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters by the identification code of the request. |
Action | Dropdown menu | Filters by the type of operation requested. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters by the current status of the request. Options are: Pending approval, Pending execution, Executing, Success, Error, or Canceled. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Creation Date | Date picker | Filters by the creation period of the request. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Action.
- Status.
- Closed tasks: Number of tasks closed in that operation.
- Total tasks: Total number of tasks in that operation.
- Creation date.
- Actions:
- Request details: opens the Request details screen.
- Tasks: opens the Batch operation tasks report screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Request details screen
Main section
Item | Description |
---|---|
Requester | Displays the name of the user making the request, next to it is the operation that was requested and the status of the request. |
ID | Displays the code of the request. |
Access policy | Displays the access group to which the user belongs. |
Requested in | Displays the date and time of the request. |
Expiration | Displays the date and time when the request will be available for approval, before expiring. |
Approvals | Displays the number of approvals required. |
Disapprovals | Displays the number of rejections required. |
Responses section
Displays the list of approvers, their levels, and the responses to the request.
Item | Description |

Approver | Displays the names of the approvers available for request. |
Level | Displays the level of the approver. |
Response | Displays the response given by the approver in the request. |
Date | Displays the date and time when the response was given. |
Justification | Displays the reason given by the approver. |
Justification section
Displays the reason presented by the requester when making the request.
Item | Description |

Governance ID | Displays the identification code for ITSM (IT Service Management) software. |
Reason | Displays the reason why the user needs access. Text with the justification given by the user. |
Request details section
Displays a text with the description of what was requested.
