Access history

This document provides information about the Access history report screen, which displays all system users who have accessed history information. It is an important document for understanding how long a user has been active in the system and the number of logins performed by the user so far.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
  2. In the side menu, select Access to the system > Access history.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays options to Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters logins by the identification code within Segura.
Name Text field Filters by the name of the user registered in Segura.
Username Text field Filters by the username used for login.
Login period Date picker Filters by the period of history to be searched.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Name.
  • Username.
  • Access: number of accesses performed by the user since their first login.
  • First login: date and time the user logged into the system for the first time.
  • Last login: date and time the user last logged into the system.
  • Logged: indicates if the user is currently using the system.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
