This document provides information about the Logged users report screen, which displays the users currently connected to Segura. It is important to know who is using the system, from where the access is being made at the moment the session was started, and when the user must log in again.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Access to the system > Logged users.

Search fields

ID | Text field | Filters logins by the identification code within Segura. |
Name | Text field | Filters by the user's registered name in Segura. |
Username | Text field | Filters by the username used for login. |
IP | Text field | Filters by the IP address used for login. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Name.
- Username.
- IP.
- Login: date and time when access was initiated.
- Last request: Date and time when the user performed the last action (before the report display) in the system.
- Expiration: Date and time when the user will be prompted to log in again to the system to continue their actions.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
