This document provides information about the Email processing report screen, which displays all emails sent for user requests. It is relevant for presenting all access requests and useful for comparing the access flow and system access settings with the company's access policy and security expectations.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Credentials > Email processing.

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Date | Date picker | Filters by the period when the emails were processed. |
Sender | Text field | Filters by the sender of the email. |
Subject | Text field | Filters by the subject title of the sent email. |
Message | Text field | Filters by the processing return message. |
Error | Dropdown menu | Filters by the email processing return. Options are Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |

- ID.

- View mail: opens the Message details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Message details screen
Item | Description |

Subject | Title of the subject of the received email. |
Sender | Email address that sent the message. |
Recipients | Email address that received the message. |
Message | Content of the message in the email. |
ID | Identification code of the email processing record. |
Account | Group to which the account that received the email belongs. |
Date Submission | Date and time the email was sent. |
Return-path | Return address of the email. |
Type Email | Type of the sent email. |
