This document provides information about the Password use (last) report screen, which displays all credentials registered in Segura and the last time each credential was used to perform access. This document is important for verifying whether users are managing a credential with permission to do so, whether access is being performed within an allowed time frame, according to the company's access policy, security expectations, and standards.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Credentials > Password use (last).

Search fields

| ID | Text field | Filters by the identification code within Segura. |
| Device | Text field | Filters by the device the credential was used on. |
| Credential | Text field | Filters by the credential that was used in the operation. |
| User | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who used the password. |
| Operation | Dropdown menu | Filters by the type of operation the user tried to perform. The options are Start session and View password. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Target | Text field | Filters by the device the password was used to access. |
| Date | Date picker | Filters by the time period when the passwords were used. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Device.
- Credential.
- Operation.
- User.
- User IP: user's IP address.
- Date/Time: date and time the operation was performed.
- Origin: type of proxy session for the access performed.
- Target.
- Checkout: displays whether the checkout process was performed.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
