This document provides information about the Overview report screen, which displays all credential trails registered in Segura. It’s a quick and easy query report to view the trail records.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Credentials > Overview.

Search fields
| Item | Type | Description |

| ID | Text field | Filters credentials by their identification code within Segura. |
| Device | Text field | Filters by the device registered in Segura to which the credential is linked. |
| Username | Text field | Filters by the username of the credential registered in Segura. |
| Credential type | Dropdown menu | Filters by credential type. Options are: Domain User, Local Administrator, Local User, and SSH Key. |
| Additional information | Text field | Filters by the additional information that has been registered with the credential. |
| Device type | Dropdown menu | Filters according to the device type. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Product | Text field | Filters according to the model of the device to which the credential is linked. |
| Vendor | Dropdown menu | Filters by the manufacturer of the device to which the credential is linked. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Site | Dropdown menu | Filters by the site registered in Segura. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters credentials by their activation status. The options are Enabled and Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Type.
- Username.
- Additional information.
- Creation date: day and time when the credential was registered in the system.
- Expiration date: day and time when the credential was deactivated in the system.
- Last change: day and time when the credential was modified.
- Last view: day and time when the credential was displayed.
- Last use: day and time when the credential was used to access, when blank, the credential was never used.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
