This document provides information about the Lockdown report screen, which displays a list of lockdowns performed in Segura.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Emergency panel > Lockdown.

Search fields

| ID | Text field | Filters by the identification code of the record within Segura. |
| User | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who performed the lockdown. |
| Start | Date picker | Filters by the start period of the lockdown. |
| End | Date picker | Filters by the end period of the lockdown. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters by the status of the lockdown. Options are Pending, In progress, and Finished. Clear the field to enable the All option. |

- Details: opens the Lockdown - details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Lockdown - details screen
Registration information section
This section provides information about the lockdown registration data.

| User | Name of the user who performed the lockdown. |
| Governance ID | Identification number of the governance code. |
| Start date | Date and time of the start of the lockdown. |
| Original due date | Date and time of the original end date for the lockdown. |
This section includes a message that provides a description of the lockdown. This message is written at the time of the lockdown request.
Cancellation information section
This section provides information about the cancellation of the lockdown.

| Governance ID | Identification number of the governance code. |
| End date | Date and time of the cancellation. |
Along with this section, we present a message that describes the cancellation of the lockdown, which occurred before the scheduled time. This message is written at the time of cancellation.
