This document provides information about the Audit logs report screen that displays.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Audit > Audit logs.

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |

ID | Text field | Filters by the identification code within Segura. |
Role | Text field | Filters by the role assigned to the user. |
User | Text field | Filters by the user name registered in Segura. |
Username | Text field | Filters by the username that performed the audit. |
Operation | Text field | Filters by the operation performed. |
Origin | Text field | Filters by the origin module where the operation was |
Execution Period | Date picker | Filters by the audit execution period. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Role ID: identification code of the user's role.
- Role.
- User.
- Username.
- Operation: action that was performed.
- Origin: area of the module where the operation was performed.
- IP: IP address that performed the operation.
- Date/Time: date and time the operation was performed.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Audit trail details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Audit trail details screen
Item | Description |
---|---|
ID | Identification code of the execution. |
Origin | Segura module used to perform the change. |
Operation | Description of the changes made by the user. |
User | Name and username that performed the operation. |
Date/Time | Date and time the operation was executed. |
IP | IP address of the user's device that performed the change. |
Entity | Type of entity that was changed. |
Entity ID | Identification code of the entity. |
Entity name | Name that was registered for the entity. |
The report's fields will depend on the operation type. This section shows all changes, using the From/To model to show the original record and what was changed.
