This document provides information about the Password policies report screen, which displays the history of changes made to the password policies registered in Segura. This document is important to know what changes were made and by which user, to understand if the password expiration and display periods are still in accordance with the defined policies and security expectations of the company.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Traceability > Password policies.

Search Fields

Report Fields
- ID.
- Name.

- IP: IP address of the user's device that performed the change.
- Date/Time: day and time when the change was made.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Audit trail details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Operation | Description of the changes made by the user. |
User | Name and username who performed the operation. |
Date/Time | Date and time the operation was executed. |
IP | IP address of the user's device that performed the change. |
Entity | Type of entity that was changed. |
Entity ID | Identification code of the entity. |
Entity name | Name that was registered for the entity. |
The fields displayed in the report will vary according to the type of operation performed. This part will display all the changes, pointing out the original record and what was changed, always using the From/To model.
