This document provides information about the Performed backups report screen, which displays all backups requested for export. This document is important to prove that the backup is being produced correctly and at the time and date defined by the company's backup policy and the company's security expectations and standards.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Events > Performed backups .

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Start | Date picker | Filters by the start period of the backup. |
Type | Dropdown menu | Filters by the backup type. The options are: Complete, Protected Information, and Device Passwords. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Reason | Dropdown menu | Filters by the reason the backup was performed. The options are Schedule or Manual. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Type.
- Reason.
- Start: day and time the data started to be transferred to the backup.
- End: day and time the data stopped being transferred to the backup.
- Requested by: name of the user who requested the backup export.
- Actions:
- Download: downloads the backup.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
