This document provides information about the Protected information report screen, which displays the history of changes made to protected information in the Segura system. This document is important to know what changes were made and by which user, and if the new and current information is still integrative, available, and with access restrictions to the correct users, according to defined policies and the company's security expectations.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Traceability > Protected information.

Search Fields

Username | Text field | Filters by the username used in the operation. |

Origin | Text field | Filters by the module used to execute the change. |
Execution period | Date picker | Filters by the period in which the protected information was changed. |
Report Fields
- ID.
- Name.
- User.
- Username.
- Operation.
- Origin.
- IP: IP address of the user's device that performed the change.
- Date/Time: day and time when the change was made.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Audit trail details screen.
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Entity ID | Identification code of the entity. |
Entity name | Name that was registered for the entity. |
The fields displayed in the report will vary according to the type of operation performed. This part will display all the changes, pointing out the original record and what was changed, always using the From/To model.
