This document provides information about the Source access report screen, which displays the origin of system accesses. This is important to know where the access is originating from, whether it is a trusted or unusual source.
This document helps understand if access to the system is being made from permitted and trusted sources, according to the list of permitted sources, user access restrictions, access policy, and company security expectations.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Access to the system > Source access.

Search fields

Origin IP | Text field | Filters by the access origin IP address. |
Department | Text field | Filters by the department the user is registered in. |
Username | Text field | Filters by the username of the credential registered in Segura. |
Session Start | Date picker | Filters by the session start period. |
End of session | Date picker | Filters by the session end period. |
Report fields
- Origin IP.
- Username.
- Name.
- Department.
- Session start date.
- Day of session start week: The day of the week the session started.
- Session end date.
- Session week end day: The day of the week the session ended.
- Duration of the session: Total session duration time.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
