Batch import

This article provides detailed information about the Batch Import homepage on the MySafe component.

Homepage buttons

Item Description
Show filters This option is identified by the magnifying glass icon. It allows the user to display or hide the search fields on the screen.
Update This option is identified by the counterclockwise arrow icon. It refreshes the page.
View actions This option is identified by the three vertical dots icon. It displays a menu with possible actions for the report.
Import This option is identified by the plus sign. It opens the Batch import page.
Print report This option is identified by the printer icon. It opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSV This option is identified by the paper sheet icon. It downloads the report in CSV format.
Schedule report This option is identified by the clock icon. It opens the Schedule report form.

Search fields

Item Description
ID Sequential number identifying the order of imports.
File name Name of the imported file.
User Name of the user who performed the import.
Import period Start date for searching import records.
until End date for searching import records.
Filter Button to filter the results according to your chosen preferences.
Clear Button to clear all the text boxes with the selected filters.

  • Start of Execution: Date and time when file processing started.
  • End of Execution: Date and time file processing ended.
  • Time: The duration of the processing time.

  • Action
    • Process Details: The button identified by a list icon. It opens the window for viewing details about the import process.
    • Download: The button identified by a downward icon. It downloads the imported file.
Info

The report only displays 30 lines per page. To move to the next screens, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
