How to manage batch actions

Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select MySafe.
  2. In the side menu, select the desired item type (Passwords, Files, Notes, or API secrets).

Enable items

To enable items such as passwords, files, notes or API secrets that were previously disabled, follow the steps below:

  1. In the search fields, click the Status filter and select Disabled.
  2. On the report screen, use the checkboxes to choose the desired items:
    1. Click the checkbox next to the ID column to select all items in the report.
    2. Or manually select the items by clicking the corresponding checkboxes.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the report screen, click Enable.
  4. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.

Disable items

To disable items such as passwords, files, notes or API secrets, follow the steps below:

  1. On the report screen, use the checkboxes to choose the desired items:
    1. Click the checkbox next to the ID column to select all items in the report.
    2. Or manually select the items by clicking the corresponding checkboxes.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the report screen, click Disable.
  3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.

Share items with MySafe users

To share items such as passwords, files, notes or API secrets with other MySafe users, follow the steps below:

  1. On the report screen, use the checkboxes to choose the desired items:
    1. Click the checkbox next to the ID column to select all items in the report.
    2. Or manually select the items by clicking the corresponding checkboxes.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the report screen, click Share.
  3. On the Share screen:
    1. Use the dropdown menu to select users or groups.
    2. Set the access permissions: Can view or Can edit.
  4. Click Share to complete.
