In this document, you’ll find all the information about Cloud IAM’s Dashboard page, which allows you to monitor your providers, accounts, users, and credentials to ensure access, compliance, and security of your cloud environments.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and then select Cloud IAM.
- In the side menu, select Dasboards > Cloud IAM.
The dashboard shows cards, charts, and timelines for data sets recorded throughout the filtered period.
Filters
The date range field in the upper-right corner represents the displayed data's period. Choose the period and click the funnel icon to filter the data.
The date can be filtered by:
- Today.
- Last 24 hours.
- This week.
- Last week.
- This month.
- Last month.
- This year.
- Last year.
- Select the date: choose the specific date.
You can filter by enabled or disabled entries on the select field to the left of the date range. You can filter by:
- Enable? shows all data.
- Yes: filters only by enabled data.
- No: filters only by disabled data.
Cards

| Providers | Total providers connected to Cloud IAM. |
| Accounts | Total accounts connected to Cloud IAM. |
| Users | Total users created through Cloud IAM. |
| Service accounts | Total service accounts created through Cloud IAM. |
| Credentials | Total credentials created through Cloud IAM. |
| Users in multiple clouds | Total users connected to multiple providers. |
Charts

| Accounts by provider | Donut chart of all accounts divided by providers. |
| Users by provider | Donut chart of all users divided by providers. |
| Access keys by provider | Donut chart of all access keys divided by providers. |
| Users by account | Donut chart of all users divided by accounts. |
| Access keys by account | Donut chart of all access keys divided by accounts. |
Timeline graphs
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Access keys created by day | Shows the timeline and quantity of access keys created per day. |
| Users created by day | Shows the timeline and quantity of users created per day. |
You can navigate timeline graphs by using the icons:
- Circle plus: zoom in on the graph.
- Circle minus: zoom out on the graph.
- Hand: drag the timeline forward or backward.
- Home: return to the latest date and default zoom state.
- Horizontal bars menu: download the data in the available formats.
- Download SVG.
- Download PNG.
- Download CSV.
