Batch access for full users

In this document, you'll find all the information about the batch access request screen for full users.

Path to access

  1. In senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Domum.
  2. In the side menu, select Settings > Third-party > Vendors.
  3. In the report list, in the Action column, locate the desired record and click on New batch access, represented by a group icon.
  4. On the screen that opens, click on Access for full users.

Or

  1. In the side menu, select Settings > Internal users > Groups.
  2. In the report list, in the Action column, locate the desired record and click on New batch access, represented by a group icon.
  3. On the screen that opens, click on Access for full users.

Request access

General tab

Item Descriptionm
Vendors/Internal group* Name of the vendor or group requesting access.
Justification* Text to describe the justification for the batch access request.
Reason* Dropdown menu for choosing the reason for the request.
Governance Code ITMS governance code, if any.

Access permission period

Item Description
Start* Two dropdown menus to select the date and time of the start of the request.
Duration* Two dropdown menus to select the duration of the request, first by selecting the numeral and then the time option (Hours, Minutes, Days and Months).
