This article provides details of the My approvals home screen in the Access control menu. The screen displays only approval requests directed to the currently logged-in user in the senhasegura platform. Unlike other menus, access to information about other Domum users is not available.

In the top right corner, you’ll find the following icons:

Show filtersMagnifying glass icon, shows or hides search fields on the screen.
RefreshCounterclockwise arrow icon, refreshes the page.
Show actionsThree vertical dots icon, displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the page.
Print reportPrinter icon, opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVPaper sheet icon, downloads the report.
Schedule reportClock icon, opens the Schedule report form.

Search Fields

If you activate the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the screen, you can access search fields for requests.

ItemDescription
CodeFilters approval by the code generated in the registration. Example: W000005.
OperationFilters by the type of request performed.
Access groupFilters by the access group registered in the request.
RequesterFilters by the name of the requester for access.
Request dateDisplays a calendar to select the initial date of the applied filter interval.
toDisplays a calendar to select the final date of the applied filter interval.
StatusFilters by the status of the request. Displays a drop-down menu with options Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Expired.
GovernanceFilters the request by the governance code. The search will work only for cases where it was registered.
ReasonFilters the request by the registered reason.
FilterButton to execute the configured filtering process.
ClearButton to clear the filled fields.

After applying the desired filters, the system displays the results in a list format. In addition to the filter information, you will find the following data:

  • Requested on: displays the exact date and time of the request.
  • Validity: displays the exact date and time of the request expiration.
  • Approve: represented by the checkmark icon, it approves the request.
  • Show Actions: Represented by the 3 vertical dots icon, displays a dropdown menu with possible actions:
    • Reject: represented by the X icon, it rejects the request.
    • Details: represented by the magnifying glass icon, it opens a pop-up window with the details of the request.
