This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to add all the API secrets you want to save.
Add an API secret
On the senhasegura platform, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
On the side menu, select API secrets.
In the top right corner, click View Actions, identified by the three vertical dots, and select + Add API secret.
Complete the information:
- Name*: name for the API secret being saved.
- URL*: URL relative to the API secret being saved.
- Client ID*: unique identifier for a client application.
- Client secret: confidential password used for client authentication in OAuth 2.0 authorization flows.
- Identifier: unique string defined by the user to identify the API secret.
CautionThe Identifier must be unique. The system doesn’t accept an Identifier with a string that already exists.
- Method: the HTTP method used to call the API related to the API secret being saved.
- Tags: one or more words to create tags for the API secret being saved.
- Notes: observations about the API secret being saved.
InfoThe items with an asterisk are mandatory.
Click Save.
Once finished, you'll get the confirmation message “API secret saved”.
To view your saved API secrets, access the report on the API secrets page.
You may also add an API secret by going to the drop-down menu, in the upper right corner of the MySafe homepage. Click + Add password > Add API secret.
