In this document, you'll find information about the report for ticket integration using Jira Service Desk.
Path to access:
- on senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click on Grid Menu, represented by nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select System Parameters > Ticket system integrations.
- In the top bar, click on View actions and select New.
- In the Registration of integration with ITSM window, select Jira Service Desk.
