This document provides information about the Users report screen, where you can provision users for all your integrated Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and import existing users into the Segura® Platform.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Cloud IAM.
- In the side menu, select Identity management > Users.
Actions menu

Search fields
| Item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| ID | Text field | Filters the users by their identification code. |
| Username | Text field | Filters the users by their username. |
| Account | Dropdown menu | Filters the users by the account connected to it. The options are all the accounts registered in Cloud IAM. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Provider | Dropdown menu | Filters the users by their provider. The options are: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Tag | Text field | Filters the users by their tags, which can be added when a service account is created in Cloud IAM. |
| Creation date | Date picker | Filters the users by their creation date. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters the users by their status. The options are: Pending, Provisioned, Provisioning, Unprovisioning, Unprovisioned, and Imported. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Enabled | Dropdown menu | Filters the users based on whether they are enabled or not. The options are: Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Deleted | Dropdown menu | Filters the users based on whether they have been deleted or not. The options are: Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Username.
- Account.
- Provider.
- Tags.
- Creation date.
- TTL (seconds): lifetime of the users.
- Status.
- Enabled.
- Deleted.
- Actions:
- View: opens the Details of users screen.
- Edit: opens the Edit user screen with the Account * field already set.
- Delete: opens the Delete user screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Delete user screen
This section provides information about the Delete user screen, which displays information about the screen to delete an user.
