This document provides information on how to create a RemoteApp type automation to use in the EPM Windows agent.
Attention
RemoteApp automations become visible to users exclusively when they are members of the access group associated with the credential required for utilizing the RemoteApp.
Requirements
- Register the device where the automation will run.
Step 1: Create the automation

Step 2: Configure the automation in a credential
To configure the RemoteApp automation in a credential, see How to configure a session for use with RemoteApp but do not start a session, go directly to Step 3: Run the automation to run the automation via EPM.
Step 3: Run the automation
- Access the workstation desktop.
- Start the EPM Automation application.
- Select the automation you want to run.
- To execute it, you have two options:
- Right-click on it and choose Execute.
- Double-click it with the left mouse button.
- Wait for the automation to run.
