This document provides information about the Automated Certificates screen in the Reports menu, which tracks and displays all certificates associated with automated workflows in the Certificate Manager.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Certificate > Automated certificates.

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Certificate code | Text field | Filters certificates by their unique identification number. |
Certification authority | Text field | Filters certificates by the issuing certificate authority. |
Common name | Text field | Filters certificates by the common name assigned to them. |
Expiration date | Date picker | Filters certificates by the expiration date. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range. |
Certificate status | Dropdown menu | Filters certificates by their current status. The options are: Valid, Revoked, Renovation required, and Expired. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID: certificate's ID.
- Certificate authority.
- Common name.
- Organization: associated organization.
- Valid until: certificate's expiration date.
- Publication: displays whether the automation process for publication is enabled or not.
- Publication date: date and time when the certificate was published.
- Renovation: displays whether the automation process for renewal is enabled or not.
- Renewal date: date and time of the certificate's renewal.
- Status: current status of the certificate.
- Actions:
- Certificate information: opens the Certificate information screen.
- Automate flow: opens the Automations screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
