This document provides information about the Certificate information screen in the Reports menu, which tracks and manages the certificates flow within the organization in the Certificate Manager.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Reports > Certificate > Certificate information.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the certificates by the ID.
Certification authority Text field Filters certificates by the issuing certificate authority.
Common name Text field Filters certificates by the common name assigned to them.
Organization Text field Filters by the organization associated with the certificate.
Tags Text field Filters tags by the identification markers for the certificate.
Responsible Text field Filters by the person responsible for the certificate.
Notified emails Text field Filters the certificates by the users' emails.
Valid until Date picker Filters the certificate by its expiration date and time. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range.
Status Dropdown menu Filters certificates by their current status. The options are: Valid, Revoked, Renovation required, and Expired. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Certification authority.
  • Common name.
  • Organization.
  • Description: additional information related to the certificate.
  • Tags.
  • Responsible.
  • Notified emails.
  • Valid until.
  • Days until expire: number of days remaining until the certificate expires.
  • Status.
  • Origin: origin associated with the certificate.
  • Scan origin: source from which the certificate was scanned.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
