This document provides information about the Local authorities screen in the Reports menu, which displays and tracks local certificate authorities in the Certificate Manager.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Reports > Authorities > Local authorities.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the authorities by the ID.
Name Text field Filters the authorities by their identification name.
Issued by Text field Filters authorities by the issuer name.
Issued for Text field Filters authorities by the entity for which the certificate was issued.
Goal Text field Filters authorities by the specified purpose of the certificate.
Expiration date Date picker Filters authorities by the expiration date. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range.
Imported Dropdown menu Filters authorities based on whether they were imported into the system. The options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Status Dropdown menu Filters authorities by their activation state. The options are: Enabled and Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Name.
  • Issued by.
  • Issued for.
  • Goal.
  • Expiration date.
  • Imported.
  • Status.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Add/Edit Authorities screens

This document provides information about the Add registration of local authority information and Edit registration of local authority information screens, which share the same fields.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Reports > Authorities > Local authorities, and click Add.

  1. In the selected record, click the Actions button and select Edit.

Registration of local authority information

Item Type Required Description
Name Text field Yes Enter the name of the local authority.
Issue by Text field Yes Enter the entity that issued the certificate.
Issued for Text field Yes Enter the entity that received the certificate.
Goal Text field Yes Enter the purpose of the certificate.
Expiration date Date picker Yes Select the expiration date and time of the certificate.
