Service accounts

This document provides information about the Service accounts screen in the Tenant settings menu, which displays details about the service accounts registered on the current tenant.

Path to access

  1. Access Cloud Security.
  2. In the user menu, click Admin console.
  3. In the left menu, click Service accounts.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
+ Add service account Button Opens the Add service account screen.

Search fields

Item Type Description
Search Text field Filters the users according to the words entered.
Clear filter Button Clears all filters applied.
Export data in CSV Button Opens the Export data in CSV window.
Show/Hide columns Button Opens a card to show or hide columns in the report.

Report fields

  • Email: service account’s email.
  • Name: service account’s name.
  • ID: service account’s ID.
  • State: service account’s state. The possible states are: Enabled or Disabled.
  • Register: service account’s registration date.

By default, the report displays 25 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Service account details modal

By clicking on a service account, a new modal is displayed with information about the service account and its roles.

Item Description
Name Service account’s name.
Email Service account’s email.
Created at Service account’s creation date.
State Service account’s state. The options are: Enabled and Disabled.
Client ID Service account’s client ID.
Client Secret Service account’s client secret. The client secret can only be viewed once during the service account creation.
Tenant ID ID of the tenant where the service account was registered.
Enabled/Disabled Button to enable or disable the service account.
Regenerate token Button to generate new tokens for the service account.
Edit roles Button to edit the service account’s roles.

Roles section

This section provides information about the fields related to the service account’s roles.

Item Description
Product Product to which the service account has access.
Roles Service account’s roles.
Description Service account’s roles description.

Item Description
Name * Service account’s name.

Roles Table to edit the service account’s roles.
