This document provides information about the Devices by certificate screen in the Reports menu, which tracks and displays all certificates linked to devices within an organization in the Certificate Manager.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Devices > Devices by certificate.

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |

Certificate code | Text field | Filters certificates by their unique identification number. |
Common name | Text field | Filters certificates by the common name assigned to them. |
Device | Text field | Filters certificates by the device where they are published. |
Date of the last discovery | Date picker | Filters certificates by the last discovery date. It allows selecting a specific date or setting a date range. |
Date of publication | Date picker | Filters certificates based on their publication date. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range. |
Processed | Dropdown menu | Filters certificates by their validation status. The options are: Irregular, Manually validated, Out of date, Expired, and Regular. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Regular certificates are certificates that can be safely used on devices.
Irregular certificates are certificates that don’t comply with regulatory requirements.
Manually validated certificates are certificates that have been validated in the Actions column by an administrator.
Out-of-date certificates are certificates that need to be renewed on devices.
Expired certificates are certificates whose expiration date has passed.
Report fields
- Device.
- Discovery: displays if the certificate was found through Discovery.
- Date of the last discovery.
- Publication: displays if the certificate was published.
- Publication date.
- Origin: displays whether the link to the device was established manually or through a publication profile.
- Status: current status of the certificate.
- Actions:
- Manually validate: opens the Devices by certificate form screen.
- Add to profile: opens the Add device profile screen.
- Remove link: removes the connection between the certificate and the device. This option is only available for manually linked devices. On the confirmation screen, click Yes to proceed.
- Link devices: opens the Link devices screen.
- Details of the discovery: opens a screen with data used for future publications. Available only for devices linked via Discovery.
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Manually validate screen
This document provides information about the history of actions performed on devices linked to the certificate, including the user, date, and justification.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Devices > Devices by certificate.
- In the selected record, in the Actions column, click on Manually validate.
Devices by certificate
Item | Description |
---|---|
User | Displays the name of the user who performed the action. |
Date | Displays the date and time when the action was performed. |
Justification | Displays the reason provided for the action. |
Add to profile screen
This document provides information about associating the device with an existing profile, which is required to link it to the certificate.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Devices > Devices by certificate.
- In the selected record, click in Actions button, and select Add to profile.
