This document provides information about the Executions report screen, which lists the entire history of automation executions.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Executions.
  2. In the side menu, select Operations automation > Executions.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters by the identification number of the automation execution.
Automation Text field Filters by automation registration name.
Error Dropdown menu Filters by execution result, the options are Yes and No.
Processed Dropdown menu Filters by the option whether or not the execution was processed, options are Yes and No.
Requester Text field Filters by the name of the user who made the execution automation request.
Request date Date picker Filters by period that the execution was requested.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Automation.
  • Operations: quantity of operations carried out.
  • Result: results of operations.
  • Processed.
  • Error.
  • Requester.
  • Request date.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
