How to add an internal user group

In this document, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to register an internal users group in Domum Remote Access.

Register internal users group

  1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Domum Remote Access.
  2. In the side menu, select Management > Internal users > Groups.
  3. In the bottom-right corner, click on Add.
  4. In the Add internal users group screen, fill in:
    1. Group name: enter the group name.
    2. Enabled*: select the status of the group created. The options are Yes and No.
    3. Automatically grant access on full user provisioning*: select the group’s access. The options are Default, Yes, and No.
    4. Limited access group*: in the drop-down menu, select the group.
    5. Full users tab:
      1. Click the plus icon and select the users you want to add.
      2. Click Add.

Full users must be created first within senhasegura before being associated with a group or vendor. To create a new full user, access the document How to register a third-party user or How to register an internal user.

  1. Limited users tab:

    1. Click the plus icon and fill in the user’s data:
      2. Name*: enter the user’s name.
      3. Mobile phone*: enter the user’s contact mobile number.
      4. E-mail: enter the user’s email.
      5. Click Add.
    2. Location tab:
      1. In the Allowed locations section, check the option Restrict access to only those locations if you want to limit the origin of legitimate access.
      2. Country: in the drop-down menu, select the country.
      3. Region: in the drop-down menu, select the region of the selected country.
      4. Click Add. The selected country and region will be displayed in the Location list.
  2. Click Save.

A confirmation message will be displayed, and the group will appear in the report list.
