This document provides information about the Users screen in the Management menu, which displays a report of third-party users registered in Domum Remote Access.

Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Domum Remote Access.
  2. In the side menu, select Management > Third-party > Users.

Actions menu

Search fields

DocumentText fieldFilters the identification document.
StatusDropdown menuFilters users by their status. The options are: Enable or Disable. Clear the field to enable the All option.
PhotoDropdown menuFilters users with/without a photo. The options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option.
User typeDropdown menuFilters the user type. The options are: Limited user or Full user. Clear the field to enable the All option.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Add user screen

Select either Full user or Limited user in the batch access request screen.

Full user

Full user access with complete role and group permissions. Manual association with a vendor/internal group is required after creation.

Settings tab

Limited user

This section provides information about the Limited User and Update third-party user screens, which share the same fields. Access to the platform is restricted, with limited permissions, and requires manual association with a vendor/internal group after creation.
