Personal certificate

This document provides information about the Personal certificate screen in the Certificates menu, which allows users to manage, issue, and configure personal certificates in the Certificate Manager.

Path to access

  1. On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Certificates > Personal certificate.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Add Button Directs to the Import certificate screen.
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the certificates by the ID.
Name Text field Filters the certificates by the name.
Taxpayer ID number Text field Filters the certificates by the taxpayer's identification number.
ISPB Text field Filters the certificates by the institution identifier.
Organization Text field Filters the certificates by the organization associated with it.
Email Text field Filters the certificates by the registered email address.
Valid until Date picker Filters the certificate by its expiration date and time. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range.
Issuer Text field Filters the certificates by the issuing certification authority.
Tags Text field Filters the certificates by the tags.
Origin Dropdown menu Filters the certificate by its origin. The options are: Scan and discovery, Manual import and Validation A1. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Environment Text field Filters the certificates by the environment where it is used.
System Text field Filters the certificates by the system linked to it.
Project Text field Filters the certificates by the project linked to it.
Responsible Text field Filters the certificates by the person responsible for it.
Registration date Date picker Filters the certificates by the date it was registered. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range.
Status Dropdown menu Filters the certificates by their activation state. The options are: Enabled and Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Segura browser Dropdown menu Filters the certificates based on whether they are used in Segura® Browser or not. The options are: In use or Not used. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Name.
  • Taxpayer ID number.
  • ISPB.
  • Organization.
  • E-mail.
  • Valid until.
  • Issuer.
  • Tags.
  • Origin.
  • Environments.
  • Systems.
  • Project.
  • Responsible.
  • Segura browser.
  • Registration date.
  • Actions:
    • Certificate information: opens the Certificate Information screen.
    • Edit: opens the form to edit the Edit certificate screen.
    • Disable: disable the registration on the confirmation screen and click Yes to confirm the action.
Info
  • By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
  • We have added new columns and filters for Segura® Browser, our proprietary browser focused on security and optimized web sessions. Although the fields are now visible, the tool will be officially released soon. For more information, please contact the Customer Success team.

Add screen

This document provides information about importing a digital certificate of type A1 or A3.

Path to access

  1. On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Certificates > Personal certificate and click Add

Import certificate

Item Type Required Description
Certificate file * Upload field Yes Add a certificate file.
Key file Upload field No Add a private key file.
Key password Text field No Enter a password to restrict access to the certificate. It can be up to 72 characters long, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and the symbols ! % @ # ^ * _.
Revocation password Text field No Enter a password to revoke the certificate. It follows the same format as the Key password field.
Certificate type* Dropdown menu Yes Select the level of validation for the certificate.
