Icons
Item | Description |

Show filters | Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
Update | Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page. |
View actions | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for A1 certificates. |
Import new certificate A1 | Represented by the upload icon (an up arrow), it opens the Import new certificate A1 form. |
Print report | Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report. |
Export CSV | Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report. |
Schedule report | Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form. |
Search fields
Item | Description |

ID | Used to search for the certificate by its identification number in the system. |
Name | Used to search for the certificate by its name. |
Taxpayer ID Number | Used to search for the certificate by the individual's Tax Identification Number/Corporate Tax Identification Number. |
ISPB | Used to search for the certificate by the Brazilian Payment System Identifier. |
Organization | Used to search for the certificate by the organization. |
Used to search for the certificate by the responsible's e-mail account. | |
Valid until | Used to search for the certificate by validity date. It displays a calendar to select one specific date or to set an initial date and create a time range. |
until | Used to search for the certificate by validity date. It displays a calendar to set a final date and create a time range. |
Issuer | Used to search for the certificate by the authority that issued the A1 certificate. |
Tags | Used to search for the certificate by the identification tags. |
Origin | Used to search for the certificate by its origin. It displays a dropdown menu with the options: Scan and discovery, Manual import, or Validation A1. |
Environments | Used to search for the certificate by the environment where the certificate is active. |
Systems | Used to search for the certificate by the system where the certificate is active. |
Project | Used to search for the certificate by project name. |
Responsible | Used to search for the certificate by the responsible user. |
Registration date | Used to search for the certificate by registration date. It displays a calendar to select one specific date or to set an initial date and create a time range. |
until | Used to search for the certificate by registration date. It displays a calendar to set a final date and create a time range. |
Enabled | Used to search for the certificate by its status. It displays a dropdown menu with the options: Yes or No. |
Filter | The button to execute the configured filtering process. |
Clear | The button to clear the fields with information. |
The system displays the results in a list format, with columns named after the corresponding fields.

The buttons for viewing and downloading passwords and certificates will only be visible to users with the necessary permissions configured in the Access group settings.
