This document provides information about the Task executions report screen, which displays information about tasks executed in the system.

Path to access

  1. In Segura, on the navigation bar, hover over Product Menu and select Cloud IAM.
  2. In the sidebar menu, select Reports > Events > Task Execution.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays options to Print report, Export CSV and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters tasks by their identification code.
Parent ID Text field Filters tasks by the ID of the parent task.
Type Dropdown menu Filters tasks by their type.
Entity type Dropdown menu Filters tasks by the related entity type.
Priority Dropdown menu Filters tasks by their priority.
Status Dropdown menu Filters tasks by their status.
Start date Text field Filters tasks by the start date.
End date Text field Filters tasks by the completion date.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Parent ID.
  • Type.
  • Entity type.
  • Priority.
  • Status.
  • Start date.
  • End date.
  • Actions:
    • Details: opens the Reports screen with task details.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per page. To go to the next page, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Reports Screen

This screen displays detailed information about a specific task, including its relationship with other tasks and its execution state.

Field Description
Entity Name of the entity related to the task.
State Current status of the task.
Action Type of action being performed.
Entity type Type of the affected entity.
Type Type of operation.
Priority Priority level of the task.
Start date Date and time when the task execution began.
End date Date and time when the task concluded.
Messages System messages related to the task execution.
Type Type of the parent task, when applicable.
Entity type Entity type related to the parent task.
State Status of the parent task.
Entity Entities related to child tasks.
Type Types of child tasks.
Start date Start dates of child tasks.
End date End dates of child tasks.
State Status of child tasks.
