Enable the Vendor Access Portal so third parties can register and request access on their own. Until you enable it, the portal address does not resolve and no one outside your organization can reach it.
Requirements
You need the Domum.Portal.Configure permission. The built-in Portal Configuration role carries it, and Domum Administrator includes it too. To assign a role, see How to manage user roles.
Steps
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Domum Remote Access.
- From the side menu, go to Management > Portal settings.
- Select the Overview tab.
- Turn on Status to enable the portal.
- Select Copy to copy the portal address, and send it to the third parties who need it. The address is read-only: Segura® Platform derives it from the tenant's single sign-on host when you enable the portal.

- Under GeoIP restrictions, restrict who can reach the portal. The section holds two independent lists:
- Allowed IP ranges: select + Add and enter a range in the IP / CIDR column, in CIDR notation. The column takes IPv4 and IPv6, for example
10.0.0.0/24and2001:db8::/32. - Allowed locations: select + Add, then pick a Country (ISO) and a Region from the lists.

- Select Save settings.
Verify your results
Open the portal address in a browser from an allowed network. Behavior depends on where the access comes from:
- Allowed network: loads normally
- Network not allowed: the sign-in screen shows "Access is not allowed from your network" and sends no verification code.
- Location not allowed: the sign-in screen shows "Access is not allowed from your location".
The registration screen loads normally in both cases, but it does not accept the submission.
On the Overview tab, the vendor organizations appear in a read-only list. Each organization's limits are configured in the vendor's own registration.
You set each organization's limits on the vendor itself. To set them, see How to add a vendor.
