How to approve a request with multiple approvers (no hierarchy)

This guide explains how administrators can approve an execution request in EPM macOS when the policy requires approval from multiple users without a defined order of priority.

Requirements

• The configured policy requires multiple approvers, with no approval hierarchy.
• The request was submitted by a user through the EPM macOS agent.
• The administrator has permission to approve workflows in the Segura® Platform.

Access pending requests

1. In Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select Approval Workflow > EPM > Access Policies.

Approve the request

1. In Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select Approval Workflow > EPM > My approvals.
2. Filter the status to Pending to view all requests that require action.
3. Locate the request you want to approve.
4. Click the Actions button next to the request line.
5. Select Approve.
6. Review the request details.
7. Click Approve request to confirm.

The request will remain pending until all designated administrators complete their approvals. Once the final approval is submitted, the user will be notified through the agent, and the execution will be allowed within the defined time window. Each approver acts independently, and no specific order is required.
