Credentials by users

This document provides information about the Credentials by users report screen, which displays the credentials that users registered in the Segura can access. This report is relevant for comparing the user access privileges defined by the company's policy with the privileges currently granted.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
  2. In the side menu, select PCI > Credentials by users.

Actions Menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown Menu Displays options for Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search Fields

Item Type Description
User ID Text field Filters by user identification code.
Name Text field Filters by user name.
Username Text field Filters by the username associated with the credential.
Device Text field Filters by the device where the credential was used.
Device tags Text field Filters by the tags registered on the device.
Credential tags Text field Filters by the tags registered on the credential.
Credential ID Text field Filters by the credential identification code.
Credential username Text field Filters by the credential username.
SSH Key Dropdown menu Filters by the use or non-use of SSH keys in the credential. Options are Yes and No. Clear the field to enable All option.
Group ID Text field Filters by the identification code of the access policy the user belongs to.
Group Text field Filters by the name of the access policy the user belongs to.

Report Fields

  • Name.
  • Username.
  • Device.
  • Credential.
  • Credential type: the type of credential that the user has usage privileges for.
  • Department: the company department to which the user belongs.
  • Access policy: the access policy to which the user is a member.
  • Part of password: how the user can view the password.
  • View: shows if the user has permission to view the password.
  • View reason: shows if the user needs to enter a reason to view the credential.
  • View approval: shows if the user needs to be approved to view the credential.
  • Session: shows if the user can run a session using the credential.
  • Session reason: shows if the user needs to enter a reason to conduct a session using the credential.
  • Session approval: shows if the user needs to be approved to run a session using the credential.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
