This document provides information about the Password custody report screen, which displays passwords under the custody of any user registered in Segura.
Path to access
- In Segura, on the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select PCI > Password custody.

Search Fields
| Item | Type | Description |

| ID | Text field | Filters by the identification code within Segura. |
| User | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who obtained custody of the credential. |
| Credential | Text field | Filters by the username of the credential that was under custody. |
| Device | Text field | Filters by the name of the device the credential is associated with. |
| View period | Date picker | Filters by the period in which the custodies occurred. |
Report Fields
- ID.
- User.
- Device.
- Credential.
- Additional information.
- Credential type: the type of credential that was under custody.
- Begin of custody: date the user assumes custody of the credential.
- Last view: date of the last time the user viewed the password.
- End of custody: date the user lost custody of the credential.
- Duration: period the credential was under the user's custody.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
