This document provides information about the Password query report screen, which displays attempts to view passwords of users registered in Segura.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select PCI > Password query.
Action Menu

Search Fields
| Item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| ID | Text field | Filters by identification code within Segura. |
| Name | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who performed the query. |
| Username | Text field | Filters by the username registered in Segura. |
| Department | Dropdown menu | Filters by the company department to which the user belongs. |
| Enabled | Dropdown menu | Filters by the activation status of the record. The options are Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Period | Date picker | Filters by the period the password was queried. |
Report Fields
- ID.
- Name.
- Username.
- Department.
- Enabled.
- Total: number of views performed by the user.
- Actions:
- Access Details: opens the Password View report screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
