This document provides information about the Remote sessions report screen, which displays the history of remote sessions performed by users registered in Segura.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
  2. In the side menu, select PCI > Remote sessions.

Action Menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown Menu Displays the options to Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search Fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters by the identification code within Segura.
User Text field Filters by the name of the user who performed the session.
Credential Text field Filters by the username of the credential that was used in the session.
Device Text field Filters by the device that was accessed.
Session ID Text field Filters by the identification code of the specific session.
Justification Text field Filters by the justification given by the user to perform the session.
Protocol Text field Filters by the type of protocol used in the accessed session.
Operation Dropdown menu Filters by the type of operation used to perform the session. The options are based on the session types available in Segura.
Access Period Date picker Filters by the period in which the remote session was performed.

Report Fields

  • ID.
  • User.
  • Credential.
  • Device.
  • Session ID.
  • Justification.
  • Start: day and time the session started.
  • End: day and time the session ended.
  • Duration: total session time.
  • Protocol.
  • Origin: type of proxy session of the access performed.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
