This document provides information about the Permissions by role report screen, which displays the composition of permissions that each role has. This allows the user to identify where a specific permission is being applied, making it easier to define the role to be applied to the user.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Permissions > User Management > Permissions by role.

Search fields

ID | Text field | Filters by the unique identifier within Segura. |
Role | Text field | Filters by the role assigned to the user. |
Permission | Text field | Filters by the permission that was assigned to the user. |
Module | Dropdown menu | Filters by the module that the user is linked to. |
Type | Dropdown menu | Filters by the type of action granted in the permission. |
Report fields
The listing of records is formed by the role name and the information from the fields below. For each record line next to the role name, it’s possible to access the Roles screen through the available button.
- ID.
- Permission.
- Module.
- Type.
- Description: text with the permission description.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
